Insights from Multi-Annual Procurement Planning (MAPP) are applied through a structured, sector-wide approach, working in partnership with key stakeholders including the Shared Services Implementation Unit at the Department of Education and Youth (DEY), the Office of Government Procurement (OGP), Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and Education and Training Boards (ETBs).  This supports the identification of priorities and informs coordinated, forward planning.
